Gifts and designations
Donations are irrevocable charitable contributions to the Foundation. Gifts designated to a project, program, or school are restricted to that purpose, subject to the sub-threshold policy below.
Sub-threshold projects (redirect policy)
Teacher projects must reach at least 50% of their goal by their deadline to be funded. If a project closes below that minimum, donors receive a 14-day window to redirect their gift to another project, a program fund, or the Foundation's General Fund; a full refund is available on request within that window. Gifts with no response are redirected to the General Fund. This policy is disclosed at the point of donation.
No guarantee of funding
Publication of a teacher project is not a guarantee that it will be funded, and the Foundation may decline or withdraw any project at its discretion.
Event tickets
Ticket purchases may include a non-deductible fair-market-value portion, stated on your receipt. Events may be rescheduled; the Foundation will communicate options if so.
Uploaded content
Teachers and sponsors grant the Foundation a license to display submitted text, images, and logos on Foundation properties. Submitters affirm they hold the necessary rights and that no student-identifying content is included.

Beyond the sub-threshold window, refunds are handled case-by-case; contact support@susdfoundation.org.
